A spiral with no bottom

The relationship between trust and surrender is a spiral. The deeper our trust, the softer our surrender. The softer our surrender, the deeper our trust. And the unfolding continues. 

Like the ripples after a pebble is thrown into the waiting water. Like the petals of a flower blooming into opening. 

And isnt this the simple reason for our practices - our meditations, our yoga, our cold plunges. Just to practice. 

To practice the act of trust. And surrender.
