We have bodily wisdom that holds all the answers we need to self heal.
Remembering the body as refuge
My work as a somatic practitioner centers the body as a site of wisdom, refuge, and repair. I support people in reconnecting with their bodies through practices that cultivate safety, presence, and choice, allowing what has been held in the soma to gently unfold.
I am trained in Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Somatic Attachment Therapy, and Restorative Yoga. My approach weaves together breath, therapeutic movement, sound, and body-based inquiry to support regulation, resilience, and deeper embodiment. Rather than fixing or pushing, I prioritize slowing down and listening—honoring the body’s pace and its innate intelligence.
Informed by my lived experience, doula birthwork, and relational studies, I create spacious, compassionate containers where both resonance and dissonance are welcome. This work invites a return to the body as home, cultivating steadiness, truth, and a felt sense of belonging from within.
Modalities used in group sessions:
-
Embodiment
Somatic embodiment centralizes body awareness as a primary agent for healing, taking the therapeutic experience beyond words. By integrating the sensations of the physical body with the messages of the spiritual body, we nurture deep healing and affirm self acceptance.
-
IFS
IFS is a transformative tool that conceives of every human being as a system of protective and wounded inner parts led by a core Self.
-
Space Holding
Holding Space for someone is the practice of listening deeply and offering reflections. I offer intimate, affirming, and gentle support through the lens of attachment theory and Inner Relationship Focusing.
I cherish the opportunity to work with groups because together we create the container for empathy, awareness, and yield. We each bring our light and the brilliance multiplies.
