Ways to Work Together
A note on flexibility
These packages are starting points, not boxes.
If you need something a little different, we can adjust the mix, add additional creative support, or build a custom scope around a particular project.
Social + Content
Content is often the last step of a much longer process: an idea, a conversation, a story, a feeling that something is worth sharing.
My work sits somewhere in that process. I help find the story, shape the idea, and turn it into something people can see, hear, and connect with.
Three ways to work together, with room to shape each one around what you need:
Creative Clarity
Starts at $750 · One-time
For when an idea is there, but the shape of it isn't.
We spend 60–90 minutes talking through what you're working on—your ideas, your audience, what you're trying to say, what feels important, and what might be worth making.
From there, I distill the conversation into a clear creative direction and a flexible month of content ideas, with room for the work to evolve.
You’ll receive:
A 60–90 minute 1:1 creative session
A concise, branded strategy recap
A customized one-month content plan
Both delivered as branded PDFs
A 30-minute follow-up within 2–4 weeks
This is a place to get clear before you get busy.
Creative Momentum
$1,500/month · 3-month minimum
An ongoing creative relationship for the ideas that keep coming.
Creative Momentum is built around having another creative brain in the room—someone who can listen to what's happening, notice the interesting thread, and help turn it into something worth putting out into the world.
We work from the material you already have: your voice, your footage, your photographs, your conversations, your work, your weird little ideas.
Each month, I develop and create four short-form pieces of content, from the initial concept and hook through writing, editing, and the final details.
Think of it as ongoing access to my creative brain, with a steady stream of thoughtful, ready-to-use content coming out of it.
Each month includes:
A 60–90 minute creative session to talk through what you're working on and where we want to take the content
4 short-form video pieces, up to 90 seconds each
A creative concept + hook for each piece
Accompanying caption/copy
Basic editing and light in-video design
Use of existing photos, graphics, logos, and other brand materials when useful
Light creative guidance throughout the month
A simple content-capture guide to help you gather useful footage
One round of revisions per piece
Flexible delivery throughout the month
The content might take the form of a Reel, a talking-head piece, a short story, an interview clip, a behind-the-scenes moment, a voiceover, a podcast clip, an educational piece, a testimonial, a montage, or something else entirely.
The format follows the idea—not the other way around.
You provide the raw material. I help you figure out what to do with it.
And when you need a little guidance on capturing that material, I'll help with that too.
Creative Presence
Starts at $2,250/month · 3-month minimum
A fuller creative partnership for keeping your social presence thoughtful, visual, and alive.
Creative Presence brings together the parts of my practice that often work best together: storytelling, writing, video, graphic design, and creative direction.
Rather than starting with a fixed list of posts, we look at what you’re working on, what you want people to notice, and what stories are worth telling—and build the month from there.
You’ll have ongoing access to my creative brain, with a larger mix of content being made for you each month.
Each month includes:
A 60–90 minute creative session to talk through what’s happening and what we want to make
6–8 pieces of social content, with the mix shaped around the project
Short-form video, up to 90 seconds
Carousels and designed social posts
Creative concepts and hooks
Caption/copywriting for each piece
Basic video editing
Graphic design and light visual art direction
Use of existing photography, video, logos, and brand assets
Light guidance on capturing usable photo/video content
A simple content-capture guide
One round of revisions per piece
Flexible delivery throughout the month
Light creative guidance between projects as ideas come up
The mix might look like 3 videos + 3 graphics, 4 videos + 2 carousels, or something completely different depending on what the work calls for.
The goal isn't to fill a feed.
It's to build a body of content that feels connected, recognizable, and worth spending time with.
Editorial + Communications
Some stories need more room.
I help shape the story, find the voice, and create the written communications that carry an idea from inside an organization or creative practice into the world.
There are a few ways we can work together, depending on whether you need one strong piece, a larger editorial project, or an ongoing creative partner.
A note on scope
These are starting points, not rigid boxes.
A project can be customized around what you're actually trying to make, and additional creative support can be added when it makes sense. Larger design, production, illustration, photography, development, or other specialized work can be brought in separately or coordinated with collaborators.
Three ways to work together, with room to shape each one around what you need:
The Piece
Starting at $750 · One focused piece
For a single piece of communication that needs more than just words on a page.
Potential projects include:
Website pages or website copy
Founder or leadership bios
About pages
Organizational or project stories
Artist statements
Profiles or interviews
Newsletter features
Campaign or launch copy
Speeches, remarks, or scripts
Brand voice and messaging pieces
The process can include:
A creative conversation to understand the project
Reviewing existing materials and source content
Research and/or interviews
Story development and structure
Writing and editing
Voice and tone refinement
One round of revisions
The exact scope depends on the piece. A simple bio is different from a deeply researched organizational story, so projects are quoted accordingly.
The Project
Starting at $1,500 · Defined project
For a larger body of communication with multiple pieces, sections, or stages.
Potential projects include:
Newsletter series
Website copy across multiple pages
Interview or profile series
Organizational storytelling projects
Campaign messaging and written content
Launch communications
Editorial content packages
Reports or publications where my role is primarily writing, storytelling, and editorial development
For larger publications—such as an annual report—the writing/editorial portion can be scoped separately from graphic design and production.
Depending on the project, I may provide:
Editorial concept and direction
Story structure and narrative development
Interviews and source-material review
Research
Writing and editing
Headlines, titles, and supporting copy
Messaging and voice development
Content organization and page-by-page copy
Creative direction for how the story could be expressed visually
This is a project with a defined beginning and end. The scope, timeline, and investment are determined by what we're making.
The Practice
Custom · Ongoing
For organizations, creative people, and teams with an ongoing stream of stories to tell.
This is ongoing access to my creative brain for communications that don't fit neatly into a single project.
A partnership might include a mix of:
Website and digital copy
Newsletters and recurring editorial content
Profiles, interviews, and organizational stories
Founder or leadership communications
Campaign and launch writing
Social storytelling
Editorial planning and content development
Creative concepts for communications projects
Copy and storytelling support across multiple channels
Helping shape larger projects before they move into design or production
The work can shift from month to month. One month might be a newsletter and a few pieces of campaign copy; another might be developing the story and messaging for a larger project.
The relationship is ongoing, but the work is still intentional: we decide what's worth making, then make it well.
